I had to get a part replaced on my car before leaving town for the weekend. Dave was able to squeeze me in that day to get it taken care of. It was a quick and probably small matter as far as car safety goes, but as a single woman who stresses about car issues, this is a huge relief to me! Now I can get out of town without worrying about any car issues. I definitely will go back and tell me friends what great service I got here.

While driving to Spokane from Portland our water pump broke and started to leak. I called this auto company because they had the best reviews and luckily David the owner answered and said to bring in the truck which was about a two mile drive. David was very efficient and trustworthy from the start you knew his character was in good standing. He was able to replace out water pump in less than 2.5 hours and that's with having to order the part. So thankful and would totally just drive to Kennewick to get work done here. Mahalo David!

He couldn't fix my issue due to a specific tool needed to repair but was honest and didn't want to do the job if he couldn't do it right. They topped off my coolant so I could limp it back home and did so complimentary...I have nothing but good things to say about this shop

I was visiting Kennewick and my car developed an oil leak. 509 was the closest car service. Luis looked at the issue on very short notice without an appointment and diagnosed the issue quickly. He even brought me over to show and explain the issue. He did not have the part so he topped off the oil and gave me directions to the nearest Toyota dealership. I made it over and they confirmed the exact issue that Luis described. Much thanks for seeing my car on short notice. Awesome service!!

In the middle of a road trip, my car started making an awful noise. I pulled off and quickly looked for a mechanic as it was high heat and being a solo traveler I didn't want to test continuing on in the journey. David the mechanic answered swiftly, guided me through some quick checks and asked if I thought I could make it to his garage. Once there, he test drove it to hear the noise and guided me through when it was happening. Though he had other cars in the garage and appointments later in the day, he accepted taking on my car service and the time crunch I was on to get to my destination. In a few hours he was able to finish my car and the other he was working on and walked me through the issue and how he fixed it. He also topped off my oil. Truly one of the best experiences with a mechanic I have had and if I didn't live hours away from him he would be my go to for all future car services. Highly recommend for any car issues you may have.

Had an issue where I'd turn the key in the ignition and wouldn't get anything. Jumping it worked, but would die almost immediately. Tow truck got me and my vehicle to 509 about 30 minute before they close. 15 minutes later, they were able to bring my vehicle into the bay, check it out, figure out that the issue was the battery contacts. Ordered the part, which got delivered at closing time, then stayed over to get it fixed and get me back on the road 15 minutes after close. All told, cost me 141.57. Fantastic

If I could give more stars I would, my check engine light came on as I was traveling from Spokane back to Portland l was panicked I called this shop and he gave me peace of mind and checked my vehicle out and ensured that I would make it home safely which I did thank you

I was looking for a place to swap over some tires on my truck, gave them a call and they were able to work me in right away. I've used them a couple times and haven't been disappointed. They are always upfront about cost and time required and are always spot on. I have cross checked quotes with other companies and they are always a great rate.
