I had to get a part replaced on my car before leaving town for the weekend. Dave was able to squeeze me in that day to get it taken care of. It was a quick and probably small matter as far as car safety goes, but as a single woman who stresses about car issues, this is a huge relief to me! Now I can get out of town without worrying about any car issues. I definitely will go back and tell me friends what great service I got here.

While driving to Spokane from Portland our water pump broke and started to leak. I called this auto company because they had the best reviews and luckily David the owner answered and said to bring in the truck which was about a two mile drive. David was very efficient and trustworthy from the start you knew his character was in good standing. He was able to replace out water pump in less than 2.5 hours and that's with having to order the part. So thankful and would totally just drive to Kennewick to get work done here. Mahalo David!

Had a coolant issue and brought to 509. Dave was fantastic, honest and up front. He couldn't fix my issue due to a specific tool needed to repair but was honest and didn't want to do the job if he couldn't do it right. They topped off my coolant so I could limp it back home and did so complimentary...I have nothing but good things to say about this shop

I was visiting Kennewick and my car developed an oil leak. 509 was the closest car service. Luis looked at the issue on very short notice without an appointment and diagnosed the issue quickly. He even brought me over to show and explain the issue. He did not have the part so he topped off the oil and gave me directions to the nearest Toyota dealership. I made it over and they confirmed the exact issue that Luis described. Much thanks for seeing my car on short notice. Awesome service!!
